I recored this little mix in Ableton today, forgive the dodgey transitions in some parts - I was being impatient. The finished length is 48:48, which is kind of weird.

The transition and dodgy mixing finally got to me. The mix has been slightly tweaked. It's not 48:48 anymore :(  - (23/4/10)

Motivational

I wanted to give myself a little challenge to help get me motivated.
So I'm in the process of making a pointless/concept album. It's a direct mash-up between two well-known albums and make a single unknown album.
I was origainlly going to get every single track well polished, all mixed together and just upload it has a full set..but i thought it would be nice to just upload each track as soon as i finish it.

Mashed-Up Ice Cream

A couple of years ago (2007) a guy called Muscles released a track called 'Ice Cream'.
A couple years after that he did a live or 'un-plugged' version of the track for a live Triple J breakfast event.

This was a mix I did last year and decided to record it.
It was hard to get the timing exact because of the liveness of the acoustic version.

It's pretty rough but it'll do considering they're not my tracks and I'm lazy.
Think of it as a cover or a tribute.
